Regional Sales Manager - Mortgages (Home Loans & LAP)

Are you a strategic sales leader with a proven track record in the mortgage industry? We are hiring a dynamic Regional Sales Manager for our Retail Housing Finance division.

Based out of Indore, you will spearhead our business operations across the entire Madhya Pradesh region. You will lead multi-location teams, expand our channel network, and drive regional growth for mid-ticket Home Loans and Loans Against Property (LAP). Key Information

Role: Regional Sales Manager (RSM)

Base Location: Indore (Handling Madhya Pradesh territory)

Experience: 7 to 12 years in Home Loans & LAP (including team management)

Target Ticket Size: ₹10 Lakhs to ₹1 Crore

Industry: HFC / NBFC / Banking ? Key Responsibilities

Regional Strategy: Define and execute the Home Loan and LAP business strategy to achieve regional volume and disbursement targets.

Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and drive performance across Sales Managers, Relationship Managers, and DST networks in MP.

Network Expansion: Scale up the regional distribution footprint by empanelling top-tier DSAs, local connectors, and builder networks.

Portfolio Ownership:



Oversee high-volume sourcing across both formal income and high-end informal income segments.

Process Excellence: Monitor regional login-to-disbursement cycles, optimizing Turn-Around Time (TAT) and conversion metrics.

Risk & Credit Sync: Collaborate closely with regional credit and underwriting teams to maintain high portfolio health and resolve queries. ? Required Profile

Experience: 7+ years in mortgage sales (HFC/NBFC/Bank) with a minimum of 2–3 years in a regional or multi-branch leadership capacity.

Market Expertise: Deep geographical knowledge of the Madhya Pradesh market and real estate trends.

Network Strength: Robust existing relationships with DSAs and affordable housing builders across MP.
