Competency Requirements

Technical/ Functional

- Proficient in Electrical/ Electronic automotive vehicle system.
- Knowledge of vehicle powertrain and the interfaces arising out of electrification.
- Knowledge about automotive industry standards and regulations, applicable globally.
- Having thorough knowledge in electronic parts, assemblies & its processes.




- Good understanding of all applicable standards/ regulations and their application
- Experience in quality systems of electronic components for automotive application CDI, ECU, voltage Regulator, sensors, digital instrument clusters (speedometers)
- Competition bench marking with similar parts, VA/ VE
- PFMEA
- Should have valuable engagement with Tier 1 & Semiconductor Manufacturing and distributors
- Behavioral
- Specific expertise required for functional area
- Purchasing of vehicle components with win-win situation to Company & Vendor partners
