About the Role

We are seeking dedicated and motivated lawyers based in Ludhiana to join our legal team on a full time basis. The selected candidates will represent our clients before various courts, tribunals, and authorities in and around Ludhiana while working exclusively for our organization.

This is a long-term opportunity for advocates who wish to build a stable legal career with a growing legal practice. Candidates will be based in Ludhiana and will not be required to relocate.

Key Responsibilities

- Appear before District Courts, Sessions Courts, Consumer Forums, Tribunals, and other judicial or quasi-judicial authorities in Ludhiana.
- Handle court filings, hearings, evidence, arguments, and procedural compliances.
- Coordinate with the central legal team regarding case strategy, updates, and documentation.
- Draft and review pleadings, applications, affidavits, written statements, legal notices, and other legal documents.
- Conduct legal research and provide legal opinions when required.




- Maintain accurate records of court proceedings and case status.
- Liaise with court staff, local counsels, and clients as necessary.
- Ensure timely reporting of hearing outcomes and next steps.

Eligibility Criteria
- LL.B. degree from a recognized university
- Experience in court appearances and litigation preferred.
- Excellent drafting, communication, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently while coordinating with a remote legal team.
- Candidates must be based in Ludhiana

Preferred Qualifications
- 1–5 years of litigation experience (freshers with strong litigation exposure may also apply).
- Experience handling matters before district courts and tribunals.
- Proficiency in legal research tools and case management systems.
