MBA with atleast 3 years of exp in Key Accounts is a must.
Exp. in handling Cash & Carry is a must.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop business opportunities within key accounts to achieve regional sales targets.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with key account stakeholders, including Sales, Replenishment, and Operations teams.
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess performance, resolve issues, and identify growth opportunities.
- Develop and present business proposals, negotiate commercial agreements, and drive sales growth with customers.
- Monitor account performance metrics, including Fill Rate and OTIF (On-Time In-Full), and implement corrective actions where required.
- Collaborate closely with customer sales teams to share market intelligence,
business insights, and growth initiatives.
- Prepare and present periodic reports on account status, sales performance, and potential business opportunities.
- Coordinate with local account teams to ensure adherence to TOT (Terms of Trade) and execution of paid interventions at the city level.
- Support the planning and implementation of promotional activities and in-store activations.
- Ensure effective in-store execution, product availability, visibility, merchandising standards, and compliance with agreed plans.
- Provide regular feedback and updates on account operations, market trends, and competitive activities.
