We specialize in IT staffing, project-based consulting, and technology talent solutions across areas such as Guidewire, Salesforce, Data Engineering, Cloud, Cybersecurity, ServiceNow, Java, and Enterprise Applications.

We are expanding our Staffing Business Unit and looking for a motivated Junior Account Manager in India who can support client relationships, consultant coordination, job requirement management, and recruiting delivery operations.

Role Overview The Junior Account Manager will support the staffing business by working closely with internal recruiters, consultants, vendors, and client-facing teams. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, strong in communication, and interested in growing into account management, client delivery, and business development within the IT staffing industry.

You will help manage job requirements, coordinate candidate submissions, track hiring activity, support recruiter performance, and maintain strong follow-up with candidates and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Support daily staffing operations for active IT requirements.
- Coordinate with recruiters to source, screen, and submit qualified candidates.
- Track open roles, candidate submissions, interviews, feedback, and closures.
- Maintain strong follow-up with candidates, recruiters, and account stakeholders.
- Assist in preparing candidate summaries and submission emails.
- Help manage consultant pipelines for Guidewire, Salesforce, Data Engineering, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Java, and other IT roles.
- Maintain candidate and client data in ATS/CRM systems such as Odoo or similar platforms.
- Support LinkedIn sourcing,



job posting, and candidate engagement activities.
- Coordinate interview schedules and ensure timely candidate communication.
- Follow up on interview feedback, onboarding documents, and joining status.
- Build strong relationships with consultants and internal recruitment teams.
- Prepare daily or weekly reports on recruitment activity and role progress.
- Support account managers in vendor/client communication when required.

Required Skills

- 1–3 years of experience in IT staffing, recruitment coordination, account coordination, or talent acquisition.
- Good understanding of IT roles and technologies.
- Robust communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to coordinate with recruiters and candidates across different time zones.
- Good follow-up discipline and ownership mindset.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced staffing environment.
- Experience using LinkedIn, job boards, ATS, Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM tools.
- Ability to prepare candidate summaries and professional email communication.

Preferred Skills

- Prior experience in IT staffing or consulting company.
- Exposure to North American staffing market is a plus.
- Experience working with Canadian or US clients/vendors is preferred.
- Familiarity with roles such as Guidewire Developer, Salesforce Consultant, Data Engineer, Java Developer, Cloud Engineer, Business Analyst, QA, Scrum Master, and Cybersecurity professionals.
- Experience with Odoo ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Dice, Monster, or similar tools is an asset.
- Ability to work during partial Canada EST overlap hours.
