Job Summary The IT Support Executive shall be responsible for maintaining the organization's IT infrastructure, including computer hardware, networking systems, software applications, document control systems, and end-user technical support. The role requires ensuring smooth IT operations, data security, system availability, and effective management of digital and physical records across the organization.

Key Responsibilities1. IT Hardware Management

- Installation, configuration, and maintenance of desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, biometric devices, and other IT peripherals.
- Troubleshooting hardware-related issues and coordinating repairs/replacements.
- Maintaining IT asset inventory and asset tracking records.
- Monitoring hardware performance and recommending upgrades as required.
- Ensuring preventive maintenance of all IT equipment.

1. Network Administration

- Installation, configuration, and monitoring of LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi networks, routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Managing internet connectivity and network security.
- Troubleshooting network-related issues and ensuring minimum downtime.
- Monitoring network performance and implementing corrective actions.
- Coordinating with internet service providers and vendors for technical support.

1. IT Support & Helpdesk Services

- Providing first-level and second-level technical support to employees.
- Resolving software, hardware, email, and connectivity issues.
- Installing and configuring operating systems, software applications, antivirus solutions, and security updates.
- Managing user accounts, passwords, and access permissions.




- Maintaining service logs and support ticket records.

1. Document Control & Data Management

- Managing digital document repositories and organizational file structures.
- Maintaining document version control and access management.
- Ensuring proper storage, retrieval, and archiving of company records.
- Supporting implementation and maintenance of Document Management Systems (DMS).
- Ensuring compliance with company policies regarding document security and confidentiality.

1. Information Security & Data Backup

- Implementing data backup and recovery procedures.
- Monitoring antivirus, endpoint protection, and cybersecurity measures.
- Ensuring data protection, confidentiality, and system security.
- Supporting IT audits and compliance requirements.
- Identifying and mitigating potential security risks.

1. Vendor Coordination

- Coordinating with IT vendors, service providers, and AMC partners.
- Managing procurement of IT equipment and software licenses.
- Monitoring vendor performance and service quality.

1. Reporting & Documentation

- Maintaining IT inventory records and asset registers.
- Preparing periodic reports on IT infrastructure, support activities, and system performance.
- Documenting standard operating procedures (SOPs)



and technical manuals.
- Maintaining software license records and warranty documentation.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Applications, Electronics, or related field.
- Relevant certifications such as CCNA, MCSE, CompTIA A+, Network+, or equivalent shall be preferred.

Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in IT Support, Network Administration, Hardware Management, or System Administration.
- Experience in handling enterprise IT infrastructure and document management systems will be preferred.

Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware and peripherals.
- Positive understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi).
- Proficiency in Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of server administration and cloud-based services.
- Understanding of cybersecurity practices and data protection.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong documentation and record management abilities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.

- Resolution time for IT support requests.
- Network performance and reliability.
- Accuracy of IT asset and document records.
- Compliance with data security and backup procedures.
- User satisfaction and support effectiveness.

Pay: ₹9,230.80 - ₹36,973.23 per month
