Role & Responsibilities

- Support end-to-end recruitment operations: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and onboarding interns across pan-India remote roles.

- Manage candidate databases and ATS entries to ensure 100% record accuracy and timely follow-ups.

- Coordinate with hiring managers to define role requirements, refine JDs, and track hiring KPIs.

- Conduct initial telephonic/video screenings to assess candidate fit and communication skills.

- Assist in organizing virtual hiring drives, referral campaigns, and campus partnerships.

- Track and report weekly recruitment metrics (source-to-hire, offer acceptance, churn) to HR leadership.

Skills & Qualifications

- Must-Have

- HRMS / ATS platforms (BambooHR, Zoho Recruit, Greenhouse,



or similar)

- Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Data Validation)

- LinkedIn Recruiter or Boolean search

- Virtual interview coordination (Google Meet, Zoom, Microsoft Teams)

- CRM tools (HubSpot, Freshsales, or CRM-lite platforms)

- Basic understanding of Indian employment laws and internship norms

- Target-driven mindset with ability to hit weekly recruitment goals

- Preferred

- Experience in edtech, startups, or remote-first hiring environments

- Familiarity with campus hiring or candidate engagement automation tools

- Proficiency in Canva or Google Forms for creating hiring collaterals
