Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune City for a Field Recruiter.

The Field

Recruiter will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates for restaurant operations roles. The role also involves building strong relationships with hiring managers, coordinating recruitment events, maintaining talent pipelines,



and ensuring compliance with company hiring policies. The recruiter will serve as a primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring a positive recruitment experience and supporting workforce needs in the market.

Qualifications

- Talent acquisition skills, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
- Workforce planning and effective communication with hiring managers
- Relationship management and ability to coordinate recruitment events
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous experience in high-volume recruitment or retail/hospitality recruitment is a plus
