We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented ERP Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end sales cycle, converting leads into successful closures, and driving revenue growth. This role requires close collaboration with the VP of Sales to align on strategies and achieve business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Convert qualified leads into successful sales closures
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
- Work closely with the VP of Sales to plan and execute sales strategies
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Key Requirements:
- 3–6 years of experience in ERP/SaaS/B2B sales
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Experience in handling client interactions and product demonstrations
- Ability to work in a quick-paced and target-driven environment
- Immediate joiners preferred
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of ERP solutions and business processes
- Experience with CRM tools and sales reporting
- Strong stakeholder management skills
