The role involves supporting online store operations, managing product listings, handling customer service, processing orders and returns, conducting competitor research, and assisting with various e-commerce and marketing activities.

The ideal candidate should have experience in e-commerce, strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of accuracy and organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily e-commerce store operations
- Create, update, and maintain product listings
- Handle customer inquiries and support requests
- Process orders, returns, refunds, and order updates
- Assist with marketplace operations and product management




- Conduct competitor and market research
- Support marketing and promotional activities
- Monitor website content and ensure product information is accurate
- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT to improve efficiency and productivity
- Provide daily work updates and task reports

Requirements
