Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced and highly technical - Deputy Chief Technology Officer (Deputy CTO) - to drive the architecture, development, and evolution of a next-generation supply chain planning platform.

This is a hands-on technology leadership role requiring deep expertise in full-stack product development, cloud technologies, and supply chain planning software. The ideal candidate will combine strong engineering capabilities with strategic thinking and a passion for AI-assisted software development.

Technology Stack :

- Angular
- Node.js
- Microsoft SQL Server (MSSQL)
- Cloud Platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform)

AI Development Tools :

Daily hands-on experience with at least one of the following :

- Claude Code
- Cursor
- GitHub Copilot

Mandatory Requirements :

- Applications will only be considered if all of the following criteria are met :




- Minimum 10 years of hands-on production experience with both Angular and Node.js
- Experience working within a Supply Chain Planning Software/Product Company such as :
- Kinaxis
- o9 Solutions
- Blue Yonder
- SAP IBP
- Anaplan
- Similar Supply Chain Planning Platforms
- Active and regular usage of AI-assisted coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot
- Production-level cloud deployment experience on Azure, AWS, or GCP
- Strong expertise in SQL, database architecture, and performance optimization
- Excellent English communication skills (C1 proficiency or equivalent) with experience working directly with international stakeholders

Key Responsibilities :

Technical Leadership :

- Define and drive scalable, enterprise-grade platform architecture supporting public and private cloud deployments
- Partner closely with the Global CTO on technology strategy, product roadmap, and architectural decisions
- Establish engineering best practices, coding standards, and development processes
- Mentor and lead engineering teams while fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence

Product Development :

- Design, develop, and optimize high-performance web applications using Angular, Node.js, and MSSQL
- Own the complete software development lifecycle from requirements gathering through deployment and maintenance




- Build and integrate AI-powered capabilities within the supply chain planning platform
- Collaborate directly with global customers and stakeholders to gather feedback and deliver impactful product enhancements

AI-First Engineering Culture :

- Champion AI-assisted software development practices across engineering teams
- Drive adoption of AI-native workflows using Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, and related technologies
- Improve engineering productivity, code quality, and development velocity through AI-enabled processes
- Ensure applications meet enterprise standards for security, scalability, accessibility, and performance

Preferred Qualifications :

- Proficiency in Python
- Experience with mathematical optimization, supply chain simulation, or network design tools
- Background in SaaS product development for enterprise customers
- Prior experience as a Technical Architect, Engineering Leader, Technical Lead, or Deputy CTO
- Experience building AI-powered product features beyond coding-assistant usage
