Call taking job / need to be flexible with shifts and inbound call taking.
L1 support To look after all International / MB cardholders charge approval request from merchants.
To provide assistance to merchants in their terminal problems by instructing them some steps, monitor and coordinate authorization unit staff activities
Experience-0- 4 years
Valuable communication skills ( English & Hindi)
flexible to work in different shift- 8 am to 12 am DST
