In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and updating credit policies, standards, guidelines, and FAQs based on market conditions, business strategy, and regulatory requirements to manage and mitigate risks effectively.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Managing and implementing credit policies and standards to simplify, rationalize, and digitize processes.
- Interpreting and implementing regulatory changes related to credit risk, such as credit risk mitigation, Basel IV, and other capital requirement regulations.
- Engaging and managing stakeholders in policy drafting, feedback, and communication, including conducting policy briefings and training sessions.
- Analyzing the impact of material changes to credit policies and standards on business and risk aspects.
- Collaborating with various teams to identify opportunities for operational efficiency improvement and data analysis for process enhancements.
- Coordinating project working groups, managing multi-functional stakeholders, and contributing to policy drafting and communication efforts.
- Leading and contributing to projects and initiatives related to credit risk, such as Basel IV, EBA Guidelines, and credit modeling.
- Supporting the implementation of process improvement and system enhancement projects for Credit Risk.
- Implementing a governance process framework for credit policies, standards, and processes to address regulatory, risk, and business requirements effectively. Additionally, you will be required to align the Risk function's policy and process with the business strategy and risk appetite for Credit, oversee its execution, and maintain risk capabilities and processes to meet ongoing business needs. You will also be responsible for supporting Credit RFO/Credit PU owner in supervising credit processes,



ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations, and improving operational efficiency of risk management processes. Moreover, you will play a crucial role in leading by example to demonstrate appropriate culture and values within the function and across the organization. You will ensure alignment of all applicable credit risk policies across various countries, communicate relevant aspects of credit policies to frontline and credit officers, and maintain an open and cooperative relationship with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

- Knowledge of Credit Policies, Standards, Credit Risk Type Framework, and various Credit Application Systems.
- Awareness and understanding of regulations impacting credit risk with the ability to interpret regulations, identify gaps, and implement changes.
- Prior experience in Credit Risk, Credit Approval, or Credit Analysis with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage risk in geographically dispersed environments and varied product bases.
- Experience in process design and control, leading projects/initiatives, managing multiple stakeholders, and adhering to deadlines.
- Proficiency in English language.
