Job Title: BPO / Call Center Executive Job Summary: We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused candidates to join our BPO/Call Center team. The candidate will handle customer queries, provide information about products and services, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction through phone, email, or chat support. Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
Resolve customer queries and complaints efficiently. Provide accurate information about products and services. Maintain records of customer interactions in CRM/software systems. Escalate complex issues to the concerned department.
Achieve performance targets such as quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction. Follow company policies and communication guidelines.
Build positive relationships with customers and ensure a outstanding customer experience.
Required
SkillsGood communication skills in Hindi and/or English. Strong listening and problem-solving abilities. Basic computer knowledge and typing skills. Customer service orientation. Ability to work in rotational shifts. Positive attitude and teamwork skills. Qualification12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline. Freshers and experienced candidates can apply. Prior BPO or customer service experience is an added advantage.
SalaryFresher: ₹10k to 12k Experienced: ₹12k– ₹20k
