Requirements &
Skills Education: 12th Pass / Graduate in any stream.
Language Skills: Clear verbal communication and good listening skills (English Regional Language as per target audience).
Technical Skills: Basic computer knowledge, fast typing speed, and familiarity with CRM tools (training will be provided).
Shift Flexibility: Willingness to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts) and weekends if required.
Attributes: High patience, ability to handle pressure, and a customer-first attitude.
