Role Overview
We are seeking a Government Business Development Manager to act as the primary bridge between Magnelox and government enterprises. In this role, you will leverage your deep public sector network to identify opportunities, navigate the complexities of government procurement, and successfully secure B2G (Business-to-Government) IT projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Business Acquisition: Identify, pursue, and close B2G IT project opportunities, aligning government needs with Magnelox’s service offerings.
- Network Utilization: Actively engage and expand your existing network of decision-makers within various government departments and ministries.
- Tender Management: Lead the end-to-end government tender and bidding process, ensuring all technical and commercial requirements are met.
- Client Pitching: Design and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to government stakeholders.
- Strategic Planning: Monitor public sector IT trends, upcoming budgets, and government initiatives to position Magnelox proactively.
What We Are Looking For
- Strong Government Contacts: A well-established, active network within government firms, public sector undertakings (PSUs), and departments.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated experience in successfully securing government IT projects, navigating tenders, and bringing in current business.
- Exceptional Communicator: Outstanding verbal and written communication, presentation, and high-level negotiation skills.
- Strategic Thinker: A deep, practical understanding of complex government procurement processes, compliance, and bidding cycles.
