Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective candidates.
- Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
- Understand candidate requirements and identify suitable solutions.
- Guide interested prospects through the enrollment process.
- Maintain accurate records of conversations, follow-ups, and lead status.
- Achieve weekly and monthly conversion targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth candidate onboarding.

What We're Looking For

- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Confident and persuasive speaking ability.
- Confident in making outbound calls and handling conversations professionally.
- Goal-oriented and target-driven mindset.




- Positive attitude and willingness to learn business development and sales.
- Basic computer proficiency.
