- Identify new market opportunities and customer segments.

- Understand customer needs and position the company’s solutions effectively.

- Differentiate the company’s value proposition and pursue current customers and partners to grow sales.

Strategic Thinking

- Develop and implement strategies to enter new business channels.

- Enhance brand visibility and product awareness in the India market.

- Monitor market trends to guide strategic decisions.

Business Management

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and customers.

- Work cross‑functionally to align business development with company goals.

- Ensure customer-focus and partner compliance to drive satisfaction.

Technical & Commercial Knowledge

- Gain deep understanding of the company’s technologies, products, and services.





Internal Responsibilities

- Analyze customer needs and convert them into system concepts and solutions.

- Own the sales funnel and growth pipeline, providing monthly updates.

- Support tenders and bids with partners, ensuring alignment and approval.

Project Ownership

- Secure customer acceptance of proposals and solutions.

- Participate in project implementation and key milestones.

Performance Targets

- Lead joint planning with partners, setting objectives, financial targets, and milestones.

- Achieve sales goals and strategic targets.

Flexibility

- Willing to travel frequently and support work outside regular hours when required.
