Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end procurement of raw materials, packaging materials, and other supplies for the central factory and all operational outlets.

- Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for all suppliers and vendors, representing the company in commercial and operational discussions.

- Drive cost optimization initiatives through effective negotiation, alternate sourcing, value engineering, and procurement planning.

- Ensure uninterrupted availability of materials while maintaining high service levels and minimizing stock-outs.

- Develop and maintain a robust vendor network, with a minimum of three approved suppliers across key categories and geographies.

- Raise purchase orders, track deliveries, and ensure timely fulfillment as per committed lead times.

- Conduct monthly price trend analysis and provide insights on commodity movements, cost fluctuations, and savings opportunities.

- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with operations, production,



and logistics teams to ensure efficient replenishment planning.

- Oversee supplier compliance with company quality standards, food safety requirements, and applicable regulatory norms.

- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key suppliers to ensure long-term reliability and commercial competitiveness.

- Track procurement KPIs including service levels, savings achieved, lead times, fill rates, and vendor performance.

Requirements

- 2+ years of experience managing procurement or sourcing functions, preferably in Food Services, QSR, HoReCa, FMCG, or related industries.

- Robust understanding of procurement processes, vendor management, and supply chain operations.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

- Strong negotiation and commercial acumen.

- Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets.
