Results-driven Techno-Commercial professional with 5+ years of experience in customer handling, service business development, calibration and repair operations. Proven ability to travel to customer sites to support calibration, repair, and technical requirements while generating new service and equipment orders. Strong working knowledge of ISO/IEC 17025:2017 standards with hands-on experience in compliance, audits, and quality systems.

- Manage customer accounts and build long-term relationships to drive service and calibration business.
- Generate service revenue through calibration, repair, and maintenance contracts.
- Travel to customer sites to support calibration, and repair requirements.
- Prepare quotations and convert service opportunities into confirmed orders.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Service, Quality, Logistics, Sales) to meet customer expectations.
- Ensure calibration activities comply with ISO/IEC 17025:2017 requirements.
- Identify new business opportunities and upsell services and equipment





- Familiarity with national and international quality standards such as ISO/IEC 17025 (General requirements for the competence of testing and calibration laboratories)
- High customer focus with service quality and delivery efficiency, with good communication skills is essential for this role.
- Experience and exposure to calibration of instruments such as oscilloscope, multi-function calibrators, signal generators, spectrum analyzer/network analyzer, power supplies, familiarity with various categories of calibration and repair is needed.
- Robust Team player to work in the Calibration Lab. Must be a motivated, self-starter who can meet internal as well as external customers needs in our full service calibration facility

Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer handling, calibration, repair or a closely related technical discipline.

Soft Skills: Exceptional written communication and editorial skills; strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills; ability to translate technical concepts into clear, concise documentation.
