About the role, Keynotes:

- Profile - Enterprise Sales Manager - US
- Role - Full-time
- Grade - Manager / Sr. Manager
- Location - Bengaluru (Candidate has to be ready with work from office)
- Work Hours - Mon to Fri / US Shift (IST 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM)
- Chance to visit the US/Onsite

What will you do?

- Own and drive end-to-end enterprise sales for the US market, focusing on high-value strategic accounts
- Identify, engage, and close multi-million dollar ($5M$10M+) enterprise deals
- Build and manage a strong pipeline through hunting, outbound prospecting, CXO-level networking, and strategic outreach
- Navigate complex enterprise sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and long deal timelines




- Engage directly with CXOs and senior decision-makers to understand business challenges and position Wishup as a strategic partner
- Develop and execute account strategies to break into and expand large enterprise accounts
- Collaborate with leadership, marketing, and delivery teams to align on go-to-market strategy and deal execution
- Own revenue targets and consistently overachieve quota in a high-performance environment
- Leverage CRM and data-driven insights to manage the pipeline, forecast accurately, and drive deal closures

What are we looking for?

- 5-12 years of experience in Enterprise Sales (B2B SaaS / IT Services / Consulting)
- Proven track record of closing large enterprise deals ($5M+ deal size)
- Strong experience selling into the US / North America market
- Demonstrated ability to hunt, build pipeline, and close new business (hunter mindset)
- Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- Strong network and ability to open doors with enterprise clients / CXO-level stakeholders
- Consistent track record of exceeding revenue targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presence
- High ownership mindset with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Job Pre-requisite

- Laptop with 8gb ram(windows)
- Minimum I5 8th gen processor
- Good camera and Headset

Selection Process

- 2 rounds of Tests - Aptitude Test(15 questions in 15 minutes) and Email Writing test(15 minutes)
- 3-4 rounds of interviews
- Assignment
