Job Description
Oversee operations and maintenance activities for gas industry assets, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
Develop and implement strategies for improving equipment reliability and operational efficiency.
Lead and manage engineering and manufacturing teams to achieve project goals.
Monitor compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.
Conduct regular performance reviews and propose enhancements for operational processes.
Manage budgets and resources effectively to ensure cost-effective operations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical challenges.
Prepare and present reports on operational performance and progress to senior management.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head O&M; (Oil & Gas) should have:
A degree in engineering or a related field.




Extensive knowledge of the gas industry and operations management.
Proven expertise in engineering and manufacturing processes.
Robust understanding of safety regulations and compliance standards in the energy and natural resources sector.
