Com/M. Com/MBA/CA with 5 - 7 years of relevant post-qualification experienceEssential Area of Expertise:Claims management, Order to Cash Management, Claims Analysis, Monthly P& L preparation & analysis for domestic business, Incentive calculation, managing auditsCritical/Special Exposure:ERP (SAP) Exposure, positive in excel, account reconciliation, excellent verbal and written in communicationRoles and Responsibilities:Accounts Receivable Management- Domestic BusinessManage the end-to-end Accounts Receivable (AR) process for key customer segments including Modern Trade, E-commerce, Key Accounts, Institutional Sales, and Food Service (HORECA).Lead customer account reconciliations and ensure timely closure of outstanding items through regular review meetings and formal sign-offs with customers. Travel to customer locations, as required, to facilitate reconciliation and dispute resolution.Oversee receipt accounting, scheme credit note processing, scheme profitability analysis,



return-on-investment (ROI) evaluation of trade schemes, P&L; preparation and analysis, travel claim settlements, and marketing spend management. Monitor actual expenditures against approved budgets.Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, Marketing team, and customers to resolve open items and improve collection efficiency.Prepare and circulate periodic MIS reports highlighting outstanding issues, ageing analysis, action plans, and closure status.Drive reduction in overdue receivables through proactive customer follow-up and timely resolution of issues such as unaccounted debit notes, short-booked invoices, pricing discrepancies, and unrecorded transactions.Work closely with business stakeholders, customers, and internal functions to ensure prompt resolution of disputes and reconciliation differences.Conduct customer credit assessments, review credit limits, monitor exposure levels, and recommend appropriate credit control measures.Ensure minimal reconciliation open items to improve cash flow, reduce payment delays, and enhance working capital management.Support continuous process improvement initiatives aimed at strengthening AR controls, improving collection performance, and enhancing customer account management.Interested candidates can send their profiles [email protected] the subject line" Accounts Receivable | Ahmedabad"
