Job Description: Digital Sales Manager – South (Bangalore)

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Digital Sales Manager to drive advertising revenue across the South India market. The role will focus on acquiring new clients, managing agency relationships, selling integrated digital solutions, and achieving revenue targets across digital platforms including web, app, video, social media, branded content, influencer campaigns, and custom IPs. Similar digital media sales roles in the industry emphasize revenue ownership, agency relationships, integrated digital solutions, and strong advertiser networks.

Key Responsibilities

Revenue Generation & Business Development

- Drive digital advertising revenue from clients and media agencies across Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, and Kerala.
- Identify, pitch, negotiate, and close new business opportunities.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through prospecting, networking, and industry relationships.
- Develop strategic account plans to maximize revenue from existing clients.

Client & Agency Management

- Build strong relationships with key advertisers, media agencies, and brand decision-makers across South India.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
- Ensure high client retention through proactive servicing and campaign performance reviews.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities across the company's portfolio.

Solution Selling & Brand Partnerships

- Conceptualize and sell integrated marketing solutions including:
- Display Advertising




- Video Advertising
- Social Media Campaigns
- Influencer Marketing
- Branded Content
- Custom Content Integrations
- Sponsorships & IP Partnerships
- Performance Marketing Solutions
- Work closely with internal teams to create customized proposals aligned with client objectives.

Market Intelligence & Reporting

- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging advertising opportunities.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and CRM records.
- Present regular revenue updates and business reviews to leadership.
- Provide market insights to support product and revenue strategy.

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience

- 5–8 years of experience in Digital Sales Brand Content, OTT Sales.
- Experience working with media publishers, digital platforms, OTTs, ad-tech companies, or content networks preferred.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding revenue targets.

Skills

- Robust network across advertisers, media agencies, and marketing decision-makers in South India.
- Excellent understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem.
- Knowledge of CPM, CPC, CPA, Programmatic, Video Advertising, Influencer Marketing, and Branded Content.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Ability to independently manage large accounts and complex sales cycles.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Education

- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or related field.
- MBA preferred.
