This role is ideal for professionals with strong expertise in end-user computing, desktop support, workplace technologies, network troubleshooting, and onsite IT operations who enjoy solving complex technical challenges and delivering exceptional user experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide advanced onsite IT support, including deskside, walk-in, floor, and VIP support.
- Handle complex L2/L3 technical issues and escalations across devices, operating systems, applications, and workplace services.
- Support onboarding, offboarding, device deployments, and workplace transitions.
- Manage the lifecycle of end-user devices, including laptops, peripherals, and printers.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity issues involving LAN, Wi-Fi, VLAN, and IP-related problems.
- Support Teams Rooms, conference room AV systems, and collaboration technologies.
- Assist with physical infrastructure activities, including cabling validation, rack and stack coordination, and infrastructure troubleshooting.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and drive continuous service improvements.
- Collaborate with Service Desk, Network, Infrastructure, Security,
and Workplace teams to ensure seamless IT operations.

Desired Profile
- 6–8 years of experience in IT Support, Field Services, Workplace Support, or End User Computing.
- Solid troubleshooting and incident management experience.
- Experience supporting enterprise users and VIP stakeholders.
- Hands-on exposure to device deployment, onboarding, and workplace technology environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a global and multicultural environment.
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
