Position: Operations Executive Flipkart Ekart Team

Employment Type: Contractual (12 months, extendable based on performance)

Location: Flipkart ETV, Bengaluru

About the Role

We are seeking dynamic and detail-oriented individuals to join our Flipkart team as Operations Executives. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the seamless procurement and delivery of goods within defined timelines. Freshers with strong coordination and organizational skills are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Follow-Up & Delivery Management:

Ensure timely delivery of goods to the designated warehouse.

Coordinate with vendors to address delays or issues.

Escalation Management:

Identify, manage, and escalate issues as necessary.

Proactively resolve procurement or delivery bottlenecks.





Documentation & Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of goods movement and procurement processes.

Utilize MS Excel for tracking and reporting.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Skills:

Proficiency in MS Excel (intermediate to expert level).

Robust organizational and time-management abilities.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Education:

Open to freshers and candidates with relevant experience.
