We are looking for a skilled and disciplined ITI Fitter to join our mechanical manufacturing team. The candidate will be responsible for assembling, fitting, maintaining, and repairing mechanical components and equipment as per engineering drawings and production requirements. The role requires practical knowledge of fitting tools, measuring instruments, and mechanical assembly techniques.

Key Responsibilities

- Read and interpret mechanical drawings, assembly drawings, and work instructions.
- Perform fitting, drilling, tapping, grinding, and alignment of mechanical parts.
- Assemble components such as shafts, bearings, couplings, gears, and housings.
- Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Measure dimensions using vernier calipers, micrometers, dial gauges, and other measuring instruments.
- Conduct trial fitting and functional checks to ensure proper assembly.
- Identify and rectify fitting defects or dimensional issues.
- Assist in maintenance and repair of machines and production equipment.




- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area (5S).
- Follow safety procedures and wear required PPE at all times.
- Coordinate with quality, production, and maintenance teams to meet targets.

Required Qualifications

- ITI Certificate in Fitter Trade from a recognized institute.
- 1–5 years of experience in a mechanical manufacturing or engineering company.
- Freshers with robust practical training may also be considered.

Required Skills

- Knowledge of fitting operations and mechanical assembly.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and understand tolerances.
- Familiarity with measuring instruments and inspection methods.
- Basic knowledge of welding, hydraulics, and pneumatics is an advantage.
- Understanding of workplace safety practices.
- Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
