Job Summary

Sigachi Industries is looking for a skilled Production Operator with ITI AOCP qualification and experience in chemical or pharmaceutical manufacturing operations. The candidate will be responsible for operating process equipment, monitoring production parameters, ensuring safe plant operations, and maintaining compliance with SOPs and GMP requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate reactors, dryers, blenders, centrifuges, filters, and other process equipment as per SOPs.
- Monitor process parameters such as temperature, pressure, flow, and batch timings.
- Perform charging, unloading, material transfer, and packaging activities as required.
- Ensure batch manufacturing activities are carried out safely and efficiently.
- Maintain production records, logbooks, and batch documents accurately.
- Follow GMP, safety,



and environmental guidelines during plant operations.
- Identify process abnormalities and report them to supervisors promptly.
- Assist maintenance teams during equipment shutdowns and repairs.
- Maintain housekeeping standards in the production area.
- Ensure proper use of PPE and adherence to safety procedures.

Required Skills

- Knowledge of chemical plant operations and process equipment.
- Understanding of SOPs, GMP practices, and industrial safety standards.
- Ability to monitor and control production processes.
- Familiarity with handling chemicals and process materials.
- Positive troubleshooting and observation skills.
- Ability to work in shifts.

Qualification & Experience Educational Qualification

- ITI – Attendant Operator Chemical Plant (AOCP)

Experience

- 3–4 years of experience in chemical, pharmaceutical, API, excipient, or process manufacturing industries.
- Experience in handling reactors, dryers, centrifuges, and utility systems will be preferred.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
