Job Description – Store Executive

Store Executive / Store Keeper

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain daily records of incoming and outgoing construction materials
- Manage inventory of cement, steel, aggregates, tools, machinery parts, safety items, etc.
- Verify material receipts against purchase orders and delivery challans
- Issue materials to site teams as per requirement and maintain records
- Monitor stock levels and inform management about shortages
- Maintain proper storage and safety of materials in the store
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and audits
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly inventory reports
- Coordinate with procurement, site engineers, and vendors
- Ensure proper housekeeping and organization of the store area
- Handle documentation related to GRN, invoices, stock registers, and gate passes

Required Skills & Qualifications





- Graduate or Diploma holder (preferred)
- Knowledge of inventory/store management
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, ERP/software preferred)
- Understanding of construction materials and equipment
- Good organizational and record-keeping skills
- Ability to work at construction sites

Preferred Experience

- 2+ years of experience in construction store management
- Experience in building, highway, or infrastructure projects preferred

Working Conditions

- Site-based work workplace
- May require extended working hours depending on project needs

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
