Role Summary

We are looking for a proactive Bid Manager to support our funding and business growth pipeline. The role involves identifying grant opportunities, tracking relevant tenders, preparing proposals, and creating strong written content for applications, pitch documents, and company communication.

Key Responsibilities

Research and track relevant grant opportunities, including government schemes, climate-tech funds, accelerators, and international programs.

Identify suitable tenders across government and corporate platforms, assess eligibility, and prepare bid documents.

Write proposals, pitch documents, capability statements, website content, and outreach material.





Convert technical CCUS and microalgae concepts into clear, skilled, and persuasive content.

Maintain a tracker for opportunities, deadlines, submissions, and outcomes.

Coordinate with technical and leadership teams to collect required inputs.

Ensure all submissions meet formatting, eligibility, and compliance requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in grant writing, tender management, proposal writing, content writing, or business development.

Strong written English and professional content creation skills.

Ability to identify funding and tender opportunities and manage applications end-to-end.

Good research, coordination, documentation, and deadline-management skills.

Interest in climate-tech, sustainability, carbon capture, or clean-air solutions is preferred.
