We're Hiring: Finishing Site Engineer | Jaipur, RajasthanAtSankalp Group, we are building premium residential and commercial landmarks that redefine quality, design, and customer experience. We are looking for a passionate and detail-orientedFinishing Site Engineerto oversee high-end interior and exterior finishing works across our prestigious projects.Key Responsibilities:✔ Supervise and coordinate all finishing activities including flooring, false ceilings, painting, wall cladding, waterproofing, joinery works, façade finishes, and MEP final fittings.✔ Ensure execution as per approved architectural drawings, interior layouts, project specifications, and Sankalp Group's quality standards.✔ Monitor daily site progress and ensure timely completion of project milestones.✔ Manage subcontractors, vendors, site supervisors, and labor teams to achieve execution targets.✔ Conduct quality inspections, prepare snag/punch lists, and ensure corrective actions before project handover.✔ Coordinate material planning, procurement, and inspections to ensure timely availability while minimizing wastage.✔ Collaborate with architects, consultants, designers, and project teams to resolve technical and execution-related challenges.✔ Maintain safety standards, site housekeeping,
