Every project is managed with a strong focus on value, timeliness, and performance.Role DescriptionThe E-Tender Executive/Sr Executive is a full time job based out of Bangalore. This role involves identifying relevant tender opportunities on various government and private e-tender portals, downloading and reviewing tender documents, and tracking tender timelines. The team member will prepare and organize all pre-qualification, technical, and commercial documents as per tender requirements, in coordination with internal departments. Daily tasks include completing online tender submissions, uploading supporting documentation,



managing clarifications and pre-bid queries, and maintaining a detailed tender tracker and documentation archive.QualificationsProficiency in using online e-tender portals, including registration, document download, and submission processes.Robust skills in document preparation and review, including compiling technical, commercial, and compliance-related information.Good working knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel, Word, and PDF tools) for formatting, data entry, and basic reporting.Basic understanding of engineering or infrastructure projects is preferred; prior experience in tendering or contracts will be an advantage.Diploma or bachelor’s degree in any discipline (engineering, commerce, or related fields preferred) or equivalent relevant experience.
