We are currently hiring for a Principal Associate and an Associate in the Corporate Transactions team of a Boutique law firm in Bengaluru.

PQE: 2-3 years (Associate) 7+ Years (PA)

Location: Bengaluru

About the Role:

We are currently working with a Boutique Law Firm in Bengaluru that is looking to expand by hiring someone at a PA and at the Associate level. The firm is started by someone who comes from a Tier-1 setup. The firm majorly represents Funds and works across sectors.

Role & Responsibilities of a PA

- Assist the Partner in working on a deal end to end: due diligence to drafting the transaction documents to client negotiation.
- You should have prior experience of doing the same.

Role & Responsibilities of an Associate

- Assist the Partner and the PA in due diligence, drafting first cuts of the transaction documents, working on corporate advisory matters, and other ancillary tasks.
- You should have prior experience of doing the same.
