The role

We're looking for someone who lives and breathes search classic SEO, plus the current frontier of AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization). You'll own organic visibility for our clients across logistics, fintech, healthcare, education, travel and real estate, and turn rankings into real business outcomes.

What you'll doRun technical, on-page and off-page SEO that moves clients into top positions for revenue-driving keywordsBuild AEO strategies structured content, FAQ blocks and schema that win featured snippets and direct answersEngineer GEO so client content gets cited inside ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and AI OverviewsDo keyword and competitor research, content gap analysis and site auditsTrack and report on rankings,



organic traffic, AI citations and conversions not vanity metricsWork closely with content, dev and paid teams to ship fast and iterate

What we're looking for2 years in SEO with proven ranking and traffic resultsStrong grasp of technical SEO: Core Web Vitals, schema, site architecture, crawlabilityHands-on with GA4, Google Search Console, and tools like Ahrefs / SEMrush / Screaming FrogGenuine interest in AEO/GEO and how AI search is changing discovery (or eagerness to learn rapid)Clear communicator who can explain results to clients and tie work to revenue

Nice to haveExperience with AI-search optimization or being cited by LLMsContent writing or editing chopsLocal SEO / Google Business Profile experience
