Role & responsibilities

- Execute dyeing production activities during evening and night shifts, ensuring smooth and productive operations.
- Carry out dyeing of Nomex lots under strict supervision, with special focus on process control and quality consistency.
- Ensure quality assurance of soft package preparation and dyeing execution.
- Prepare and submit daily shift-wise production reports.
- Perform shade development and recipe reconfirmation in 1 kg vessel for Polyester, Polyamide (Nylon 6 & Nylon 66), Meta Aramid, and C.F. Polyester.
- Conduct daily W.F.T. analysis and recipe corrections to improve R.F.T. performance and right-first-time results.
- Follow up on urgent production requirements and priorities on a daily basis to ensure timely execution.
- Ensure quality assurance of dyed products with respect to shade accuracy, color consistency,



and fastness properties.

Preferred candidate profile

- 2 to 4 years of experience in yarn dyeing within the Sewing Thread Industry.
- Hands-on experience in dyeing Polyester, Nylon, and Meta Aramid yarns.
- Capable of shade development and recipe optimization.
- Strong understanding of process control and ability to ensure strict adherence to dyeing parameters.
- Experience in conducting W.F.T. (Wrong First Time) analysis and implementing recipe corrections to improve R.F.T. (Right First Time) performance.
- Knowledge of quality assurance practices related to shade matching, color consistency, and dyeing performance.
