We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead with strong expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle APEX, and Oracle Fusion Applications to lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise ERP integrations and extensions. The candidate will be responsible for driving technical architecture, leading development teams, and delivering scalable integration solutions across Oracle Fusion modules and external systems.

This role requires strong experience in integration architecture, ERP customization, API-based integrations, and Oracle Cloud technologies, along with the ability to guide teams and collaborate with functional stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership

- Lead the design and development of enterprise solutions using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle APEX, and Oracle Fusion technologies.
- Provide technical guidance to developers and ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and architecture guidelines.
- Review solution design, integration architecture, and code quality.
- Mentor team members and support troubleshooting of complex technical issues.

Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)

- Design and develop integrations between Oracle Fusion and external systems using OIC.
- Develop REST/SOAP integrations, file-based integrations, and event-driven integrations.
- Configure connections, orchestrations, lookups, mappings, and fault handling.
- Implement data transformation using XSLT, XPath, and OIC mapping tools.
- Monitor integrations and troubleshoot runtime issues.

Oracle APEX Development

- Design and develop custom applications and extensions using Oracle APEX.
- Build responsive UI components, dashboards, and reports.
- Develop PL/SQL packages, procedures, and database logic.




- Integrate APEX applications with Oracle Fusion APIs and OIC services.

Oracle Fusion Technical Development

- Work with Fusion REST APIs, SOAP web services, and BI Publisher reports.
- Implement Fusion extensibility features including Flexfields, Application Composer, and Groovy scripting.
- Support integrations across modules such as Finance, SCM, Procurement, Inventory, and Order Management.

Solution Design & Delivery

- Design scalable integration architectures and API-based solutions.
- Participate in effort estimation, sprint planning, and technical delivery.
- Ensure quality through code reviews, testing support, and deployment coordination.
- Support system testing, UAT, and production deployments.

Production Support

- Troubleshoot issues related to OIC integrations, APEX applications, and Fusion APIs.
- Monitor integrations and ensure system stability and performance.

Required Experience

- 10+ years of experience in Oracle technologies and enterprise application development.
- Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- Experience in Oracle APEX application development.
- Experience working with Oracle Fusion Applications integrations and APIs.
- Strong work experience of extensive customized setting
