Shift: Complete Night Shifts (Starting from 12:00 AM onwards)
CTC: 3.6 LPA
Experience: Freshers Preferred | Candidates with a few months of experience can also apply
Qualification: Any Graduate
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions professionally.
- Resolve customer queries efficiently while maintaining service quality standards.
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences through effective communication.
- Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions.
- Adhere to client-specific processes and quality guidelines.
- Maintain productivity and performance metrics as defined by the business.
- Demonstrate strong listening, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Comfortable working in permanent night shifts.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
Transportation Benefits
Cab Facility
For employees residing within a 25 KM radius of Google Office, Nanakramguda:
Shift Timing: 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
- Two-Way Cab Facility Provided
Shifts Before 7:00 PM
- One-Way Cab Facility Provided
Transportation Allowance
- Employees opting out of the company cab facility will receive a transportation allowance of 3,000 per month.
- Employees utilizing only one-way cab transportation will receive a transportation allowance of 2,000 per month for the alternate commute.
