- Assist in the operation and monitoring of Extrusion Coating & Lamination (ECL) machines.
- Support machine setup, job changeovers, and parameter adjustments as per production requirements.
- Prepare and verify materials, rolls, and job-related documents before production runs.
- Maintain accurate production records, log books, and process documentation.
- Coordinate with the Quality Control (QC) team to ensure product quality and process compliance.
- Handle roll loading/unloading, material identification, and store return procedures.
- Ensure proper line clearance before and after production activities.
- Monitor machine performance and report operational issues to supervisors.
- Follow production schedules, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and work instructions.




- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area through regular housekeeping activities.
- Comply with all safety, quality, and company policies.

Requirements

- Minimum educational qualification: High School / Higher Secondary (preferred).
- Experience in a manufacturing or packaging industry is an added advantage.
- Basic understanding of machine operations and production processes.
- Ability to work in a 12-hour shift environment.
- Positive record-keeping and documentation skills.
- Physically fit and capable of handling production materials and rolls.
- Strong teamwork, discipline, and willingness to learn.

Pay: Up to ₹18,000.00 per month
