Job Description – Telecaller Executive

Position: Telecaller Executive
Department: Telecalling / Customer Support
Location: Hawk Hospitality Corporate Office, Palarivattom, Ernakulam, Kerala – 682025

Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic, confident, and customer-focused candidates for the position of Telecaller Executive at Hawk Hospitality Corporate Office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with inquiries, promoting company services, following up with clients, and maintaining professional communication with guests and business partners.

Candidates with experience in Hospitality, Customer Service, Sales, or Telecalling will be preferred.

Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Communication

- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding hotel bookings, services, offers, and reservations.
- Provide accurate information about company services and packages.
- Follow up with guests and clients regarding booking confirmations and feedback.
- Maintain excellent customer relationships and communication.

Sales & Follow-Up

- Promote hotel services, offers, and packages to potential customers.
- Generate leads and coordinate with the sales and reservations team.
- Follow up on pending inquiries and convert leads into bookings.
- Maintain daily call reports and follow-up records.

Coordination & Support

- Coordinate with hotel units and operational departments for guest requirements.
- Escalate customer complaints or operational issues to concerned departments.
- Support management with customer data and reporting.




- Ensure proper documentation of customer interactions.

Administrative Support

- Maintain customer databases and call records.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly telecalling reports.
- Ensure professional communication standards are followed at all times.

Requirements

- Minimum Plus Two / Degree preferred.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Previous experience in Telecalling, Customer Service, Hospitality, or Sales is an added advantage.
- Good communication skills in English, Malayalam, and Hindi preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills required.
- Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
