Position Title:** HR Manager & Recruiter

Location: Jabalpur, MP

Employment Type: Full-Time

Position Overview:

The HR Manager is responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the human resources function. This includes recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, training, and organizational development. The HR Manager will serve as a strategic partner to leadership while fostering a positive and inclusive work environment that aligns with the company's mission and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic HR Leadership:

- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization’s goals.

- Partner with leadership to anticipate and address workforce needs.

- Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to drive organizational decision-making.

Talent Acquisition & Retention:

- Lead the recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies to attract top talent.

- Design and execute employee engagement and retention programs.

- Ensure effective onboarding processes to support new hires.

Employee Relations:

- Act as the first point of contact for employee concerns and conflicts.

- Facilitate conflict resolution and promote a healthy workplace culture.

- Implement and oversee policies that ensure fair treatment and compliance with employment laws.

Performance Management:

- Oversee performance appraisal systems to drive employee development.

- Support managers with coaching, feedback, and development strategies.





- Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs.

Compliance & Administration:

- Ensure compliance with all employment-related laws and regulations.

- Oversee the maintenance of accurate employee records and HR documentation.

- Develop, update, and enforce company policies and employee handbooks.

Compensation & Benefits:

- Manage compensation, perks, and payroll in collaboration with finance.

- Evaluate and recommend improvements to current compensation structures.

- Educate employees on benefit offerings and guide enrollment processes.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education & Experience:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).

- 5 years of experience in Recruiting

- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR) is highly desirable.

Technical Skills:

- Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.

Soft Skills:

- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

- Proven ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational abilities.

- A team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to challenges.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,953.43 - ₹35,000.00 per month
