Key Responsibilities

- Develop, implement, and monitor site safety plans and procedures.
- Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments at construction sites.
- Ensure compliance with local safety laws, regulations, and company safety standards.
- Identify potential hazards and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
- Conduct toolbox talks, safety training sessions, and emergency drills for workers and staff.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-miss cases and prepare detailed reports.
- Monitor the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) by workers.
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and site engineers to maintain safe work practices.
- Maintain safety records, permits, checklists, and documentation.
- Ensure protected handling of equipment, machinery, scaffolding, electrical systems, and lifting operations.
- Promote a strong safety culture across the project team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,266.63 - ₹52,335.56 per month
