Role Description The Makeup Artist will provide professional makeup services to clients within the hospital setting, supporting procedures such as pre- and post-treatment cosmetic support, special events, and hospital promotional activities. In this full-time, in office role based in Indore, the Makeup Artist will consult with individuals to understand their preferences and skin needs, and create appropriate looks that enhance their natural features while respecting medical considerations. Daily responsibilities include applying makeup, coordinating with dermatologists and other clinical staff when needed, maintaining a clean and hygienic workstation,



and managing supplies and products. The role also involves educating clients on basic skincare and makeup techniques, supporting hospital branding efforts (such as shoots or events), and ensuring a calm, respectful, and inclusive experience for all visitors.

Qualifications

- Technical beauty skills: Proficiency in Makeup Artistry and Cosmetology, with a focus on hygiene, skin safety, and suitability for different skin types and tones.
- Hair and styling skills: Competence in Hair Styling and basic grooming to deliver complete, polished looks for various occasions.
- Client-facing skills: Strong Customer Service abilities, including active listening, empathy, and clear communication with patients and clients.
- Business and support skills: Experience or comfort with Sales (recommending suitable products or services) and Training (guiding clients or junior staff on basic makeup and skincare routines).
- Additional beneficial qualifications: Prior experience in a clinic, wellness environment; knowledge of products suitable for sensitive or post-procedure skin; ability to work flexible hours as needed; and a diploma or certification in Makeup Artistry, Cosmetology, or a related field.
