Position OverviewWe are seeking a Project Management Assistant to serve as the operational backbone of the CEO and executive team. This role is responsible for ensuring that projects, initiatives, and deliverables stay on track across the organization. You will be embedded in leadership meetings, translating discussions into clear tasks, owners, and timelines, then following up relentlessly to make sure commitments are met. It will be critical to understand the business and follow the conversations in real-time. The CEO is a visionary leader who moves quickly and depends on this person to bring structure, documentation, and accountability to everything in motion.
The ideal candidate brings formal project management training, robust attention to detail,



and the judgment to know when a tool or framework serves the work, and when a well-placed conversation gets more done. You are methodical and self-directed, comfortable working independently, and take real ownership of your area of responsibility.

Key Responsibilities
- Project Tracking & Delivery. Maintain a real-time view of all active projects, initiatives, and deliverables across the executive team. Document business requirements, project scope, and success criteria at the outset of each initiative. Track milestones and deadlines, flagging risks or blockers to the CEO proactively. Produce weekly or twice-weekly status reports for the corporate leadership team. Build and maintain prioritization frameworks such as 2x2 matrices to help leadership make resourcing decisions.
- Meeting Participation & Follow Through. Join executive and cross-functional meetings to capture tasks, decisions, and deliverables in real time. Translate meeting outcomes int
