Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Fabric Consultant to lead enterprise-scale data modernization, analytics, and AI initiatives using Microsoft Fabric. The ideal candidate will possess robust expertise in Data Engineering, Data Warehousing, Lakehouse Architecture, Power BI, Real-Time Analytics, Data Governance, and end-to-end Microsoft Fabric implementations.
The consultant will work directly with business stakeholders, architects, project managers, and technical teams to gather requirements, design solutions, develop, test, deploy, and support enterprise analytics platforms using Microsoft Fabric.
The candidate should have proven experience managing the complete project lifecycle, from business requirement gathering and solution design through development, deployment, version control, user acceptance testing (UAT), production rollout, and final delivery.





Key Responsibilities
Business & Solution Leadership
- Conduct business requirement gathering workshops with stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into scalable Microsoft Fabric solutions.
- Prepare solution architecture documents, technical design documents, and implementation plans.
- Lead end-to-end project delivery from discovery through production deployment.
- Collaborate with business users, project managers, architects, and development teams.
- Provide effort estimation, risk assessment, and technical recommendations.

Microsoft Fabric Architecture & Implementation
- Design and implement end-to-end solutions using Microsoft Fabric.
- Build and manage OneLake, Lakehouse, Warehouse, and Semantic Models.
- Develop scalable data ingestion and transformation pipelines using Fabric Data Factory.
- Implement Medallion Architecture (Bronze, Silver, Gold).
- Design enterprise data models and optimiz
