Position: Technical Project Manager – Web Development

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Technical Project Manager to lead and manage web development projects from initiation to successful delivery. The ideal candidate should have 7–8 years of overall IT experience, including at least 2 years in a Project Management role, with solid expertise in web technologies, client communication, team coordination, and project execution.

The candidate must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong stakeholder management abilities, and a proven track record of delivering web-based projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end web development projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
- Gather and analyze client requirements, define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
- Act as the primary point of contact between clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
- Coordinate with developers, designers, QA engineers, and business analysts throughout the project lifecycle.
- Create project plans, schedules, resource allocation plans, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Monitor project progress and proactively address risks, issues, and bottlenecks.
- Conduct project kickoff meetings, status updates, sprint planning, and client review meetings.




- Ensure project deliverables meet business requirements and quality standards.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining priorities and deadlines.
- Track project KPIs, budgets, resource utilization, and overall project performance.
- Prepare and present project reports, progress updates, and documentation to stakeholders.
- Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 7–8 years of overall experience in IT/Web Development projects.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Project Manager.
- Strong understanding of web development technologies, frameworks, and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Experience managing projects involving:
- Website Development
- Web Applications
- E-commerce Platforms
- CMS Solutions (WordPress, Shopify, etc.)
- Custom Software Solutions
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, ClickUp, Monday.com, or similar.
- Ability to understand technical discussions and translate business requirements into actionable tasks.
- Excellent risk management, planning, and organizational skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.

Pay: Up to ₹80,000.00 per month
