Job Summary

We are hiring a motivated and target-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive for our leading Building Materials Showroom in Kollam. The ideal candidate should have experience or interest in Retail Sales, Field Sales, B2B Sales, B2C Marketing, Customer Handling, and Lead Conversion.

Our showroom specializes in

- Aluminium Sections
- ACP Sheets
- PVC Sheets
- Ceiling Panels & Wall Panels
- Steel Doors
- WPC Doors
- Bathroom Doors (PVC/UPVC/FRP)

This role is ideal for candidates with experience in: Building Materials Sales, Construction Products, Interior Products, Hardware Sales, Architectural Products, or Home Improvement Products.

Freshers with strong communication and sales skills can also apply. Training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle walk-in showroom customers and convert inquiries into sales
- Generate new leads through field marketing, networking, and referrals
- Develop B2B relationships with architects, builders, contractors, dealers, and interior designers
- Conduct customer follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp, and online inquiries
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maximize showroom sales
- Coordinate quotations, order processing, and payment follow-ups
- Maintain customer database and relationship management

Required Skills
- Retail Sales / Field Sales / Marketing experience preferred




- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer handling skills
- Ability to close sales and achieve targets
- Good follow-up and lead conversion skills
- Basic computer knowledge and WhatsApp handling
- Experience in building materials or interior industry is an added advantage

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Candidates from Building Materials, Construction, Hardware, Interior, Furniture, or Home Décor industries preferred
- Candidates from Thrissur and Ernakulam willing to relocate to Kollam are encouraged to apply
- Immediate joiners preferred

Salary & Benefits
- ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
