Role Description

We are seeking a full time Digital Ad Script Writer to join our team on-site at our Janakpuri, New Delhi office.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating high-converting scripts for Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, YouTube Ads, Performance Marketing Campaigns, Video Sales Letters (VSLs), Brand Films, UGC Ads, Reels, and Short-form Video Content . The role requires a deep understanding of consumer psychology, marketing funnels, audience behavior, and persuasive storytelling to create content that drives engagement, leads, and conversions.

The candidate will collaborate closely with the marketing, creative, design, and production teams to develop compelling advertising concepts and campaign narratives aligned with business objectives.

Qualifications

- Strong writing, storytelling, and creative thinking skills.
- Proven experience writing scripts for Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and Performance Marketing campaigns.
- Understanding of direct-response marketing, consumer psychology, and conversion-focused copywriting.
- Ability to write compelling hooks, ad copies, video scripts, VSLs,



and call-to-actions that drive results.
- Experience creating scripts for short-form content including Reels, Shorts, and social media advertisements.
- Strong research skills and ability to understand target audiences, customer pain points, and buying behavior.
- Excellent command of Hindi and English language.
- Ability to adapt tone and messaging for different brands, industries, and audience segments.
- Understanding of digital marketing funnels, lead generation, and customer acquisition strategies.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work within tight deadlines.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with marketers, media buyers, editors, designers, and production teams.
- Knowledge of AI content tools and ad creative trends will be an added advantage.
- 4–5 years of relevant experience in Advertising, Creative Writing, Copywriting, Script Writing, or Digital Marketing Content.
- Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Advertising, Marketing, Literature, Film Studies, or a related field is preferred.

Preferred Experience
- Writing scripts for Lead Generation Campaigns, E-commerce Campaigns, App Install Campaigns, and Brand Awareness Campaigns.
- Experience in advertising agencies, digital marketing agencies, media houses, or production companies.
- Strong portfolio showcasing successful ad creatives and high-performing video advertisements.
- Experience creating UGC Ad Scripts, Founder-led Content, Testimonial Videos, and Performance Marketing Creatives.
