We are looking for a Customer Support Associate for our office in Noida Sector 65.

Key Responsibilities

● Respond promptly to customer inquiries via chat, providing accurate information and assistance related to our products and services.

● Address customer concerns, resolve issues, and provide guidance on product usage and benefits professionally and courteously.

● Efficiently manage a high volume of chat conversations on a daily basis while maintaining quality and responsiveness.

● Proactively engage with customers to identify potential leads and opportunities, and assist in converting leads into sales.

● Develop a comprehensive understanding of our products and services to effectively address customer queries and promote offerings.

● Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and inquiries for future reference and analysis.





● Gather feedback from customers to identify areas for improvement and enhance the overall chat support experience.

● Work closely with other team members, including sales and marketing, to ensure alignment and provide support as needed.

Skills and Competencies

● Prior experience in chat support or customer service roles is preferred, with the ability to handle a large volume of chats effectively

● Robust understanding of health, wellness, Ayurveda, and Yoga principles and practices.

● Basic understanding of sales principles and the ability to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities.

● Knowledge of MS Office Applications.
