Role Description
We are seeking a Sales Executive for a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai.
The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building solid relationships with clients, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences throughout the sales process.
This role involves managing sales accounts, providing product knowledge, preparing sales reports,
and collaborating with the design team to cater to client needs.
The role requires regular communication with clients and the ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Qualifications
- Sales and relationship management skills, including client acquisition and account management experience
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Ability to analyse sales trends, generate reports, and achieve sales targets
- Organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of luxury home decor or textiles is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
