Role & responsibilities

DESIGNATION: Sales Executive

REPORTING TO: Regional Sales Manager

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Achieve sales targets in units, revenue, and pricing objectives.
- Achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in line with company objectives.
- Continuously evaluate market situations in the assigned territory and regularly report market trends and data to management.
- Propose sales targets and strategies to management and present written reports and recommendations.
- Ensure all sales and marketing activities align with company compliance policies and are conducted within legal and ethical standards.
- Conduct regular customer visits to share product information and knowledge.
- Maintain and project a strong company image and presence within the assigned territory through frequent customer interactions.
- Propose and maintain consignment inventories consistent with company policies.

- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to multi-task.




- Strong selling skills and tactics to maximize business growth.
- Qualified conduct regarding business attire, communication, and customer service.
- Ability to articulate ideas clearly and develop professional relationships.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Strong customer-focused approach.
- Proven strategic selling skills to achieve growth and sales targets.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills with leadership abilities.
- Knowledge and understanding of compliance-related topics.
- Strong negotiation, influencing, and communication skills with the ability to build trust.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, spreadsheets and other business software.
- Willingness to travel and work beyond normal working hours as and when required.
- Proficiency in the English language is an added advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge is mandatory.
